The Seattle Slicker is the perfect jacket for rainy days, featuring a lightweight water-resistant shell with reflective trim and a fun embroidered seersucker lining. Fully adjustable with secure touch fastener straps around the chest and belly, it's quick and easy to take on and off. The sewn-in harness hole at center back is covered by a flap to protect against rain and lets you attach a leash with ease. Elastic drawcord in hood for an adjustable fit.
