Orders are processed and shipped within 1-2 business days of receipt, Monday-Friday. Any orders placed after 12pm on Friday will be processed the following Monday. You will receive an email with tracking information when your order ships. All orders are shipped from our Ohio distribution center.

Yes, The Worthy Dog ships worldwide. International customers are responsible for all custom duties, tariffs and additional fees that may be due upon receipt.

Orders are shipped based on the shipping option you pick. Economy shipping is the slowest and takes 5-8 business days to arrive. Standard shipping takes 3-5 business days to arrive. Expedited shipping is the fastest and usually arrives within 2-3 business days.

Yes. Expedited shipping takes 2-3 business days to arrive and is Free for orders above 100$ cart value after discount and pretax.

You are able to check your order status in My Account under Orders.

We will accept returns/exchanges within 14 days of the date of delivery.  Merchandise must be returned in the original condition: unused, undamaged and unwashed with the product tag attached otherwise we reserve the right to refuse and not to process returns for any merchandise that does not meet these conditions. We fully guarantee our products against manufacturing defects in material and workmanship. Refunds will be issued for the full amount paid to the original payment method less return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non- refundable.

Please Log into your accounts. If eligible you will get an option to request return the items from your account. Our team will verify and approve the request if found genuine. Refunds will be issued within 2 weeks after receipt of the merchandise as mentioned in the above FAQ.

Yes. Your credit card information is safe to enter and may be saved by the payment processor. We do not save any credit card data entered on the checkout by you.
