Bigger than expected

I got this with the intention of having my cat wear it for St. Patrick's day I know its technically for dogs but I didn't think it would be so large, It's still really cute but if you are for some reason getting this for your cat or even small dog keep in mind that it is pretty big.Other than that its good quality and is super cute regardless. It only had one velcro strap for the collar which held on okay but was pretty long so I had to wrap it a few times.
