I have a slight addiction when it comes to doggy raincoats, but this is CREAM OF THE CROP, and not just in terms of cuteness.CUTENESS-WISE:I can’t get over the classic yellow slicker look with the searsucker lining that has tiny EMBROIDERED RUBBER DUCKIES!!! I saw this in a store where my dog’s size wasn’t available and immediately went searching online because I had to have it.COMFORT WISE:My dog doesn’t love raincoats (because he’s a dog...but he also hates the rain and I hate giving him a half bath every time it rains and he gets muddy, so we need raincoats). THIS ONE stands out because HE WILL WEAR IT and not try to paw it off. Other raincoats don’t have the same breathability as this (I think it’s the adorable cotton liner) so when he has worn others, he starts panting even when it’s relatively chilly outside.The closures are also nice and sturdy so I can get a good fit on him and the hood is FINALLY IN THE RIGHT PLACE if he wants it on.DURABILITY:again, I think this goes back to the fact that this coat is actually lined (fashion and function!) - this is by far the sturdiest raincoat I’ve seen that isn’t also a padded vest, so it’s perfect for spring rain /when it isn’t cold.the buttons aren’t cheap/seeming like they will rip, all the fasteners seem very secure so it’s easy to wash in a lingere bag.FIT:My dog has a bit of a barrel chest - he’s a medium/large dog (a mini golden retriever, 40-45lbs) but I ordered an XL. We could have gone with a L as well and been ok, but I like going bigger with raincoats so it wraps around and keeps his tummy fur dry (less cleaning up to do when muddy).Hope you love this sweet raincoat as much as I do!

We bought this same raincoat for our last dog and had to buy another for our new rescue! It’s perfect for warmer weather and lighter rain. The reason I gave 4 stars is because if it’s heavy rain or muddy, it doesn’t have a lot of underside coverage and because the hood doesn’t stay on well with the leash on. Overall, though, we love it!

Beautifully crafted. Excellent fabric. I would have kept it other than it does not fit my St B Pyrenees mix. It was too short and did not fit his girth. My boy is 80 pounds. Hope this helps future customers. I would buy it in a minute if it fit.

Great Quality product but runs long versus what size I needed for the chest measurements.

May run slightly small. My terrier is about 14 pounds and the small is a tad tight. Otherwise the dog loves it and it keeps her as dry as possible.
